Orders are processed from Brescia, Italy, Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day after the order date (GMT+1). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed from Monday. When the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification providing tracking information.

Delivery times may be longer during particularly busy periods (Black Friday week, Christmas…). We suggest ordering sufficiently in advance.

Surfonstreet cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond Surfonstreet’s control.

Upon delivery of goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully. Surfonstreet’s packages are carefully sealed.

If there is evidence that the package has been tampered, the customer is required to open a complaint file with the relevant courier office and to contact Surfonstreet promptly by e-mail at

In the case of a tampered parcel, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery is automatically considered accepted and consequently no claims will be accepted.

All customers, by placing an order, establish a business relationship with Surfonstreet and undertake to accept delivery of the parcel relating to their order. If a parcel is not delivered to the customer’s address for reasons attributable to the customer’s non-cooperation (wrong/incomplete telephone number, wrong/incomplete address, absent addressee) or if the customer refuses delivery, the parcel is returned to Surfonstreet in Italy at the customer’s expense. The costs to be borne by the customer include shipping costs and any customs charges. These charges will be deducted from the refund due.

Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order (excluding gift cards and customised products). Orders can only be returned if they were purchased online directly from and must be delivered.

We do not offer online exchanges. You must return the products and place a new order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, with all instructions for use, accessories, barcodes and original tags. In the event that an item is damaged, worn or returned without the original packaging, Surfonstreet reserves the right to refuse a refund for items that do not meet these conditions.
